New Build

This family home replaces a small 1950s bungalow. The Clinet's brife was to build a traditional brick building with sustaniabilty and efficency in mind. 

To that brife we were able to:

Use all the bricks from the old bungalow to build the foundations of the new house.

All Doors were reporposed

All stones were used to build trh foundations of the garden sheds

All wood floors were reused in the new summer house

All old greenhouses (4 in total) were rehomed and donated

All tires

No skip

 and for efficnecy

All floors are underfloor heated

there is thrible insulation

all lighting is eco
